LOGE Camps : Accommodations for Outdoors Lovers

During out PNW road trip we were so fortunate to have a FREE two night stay with LOGE Camps in Bend, OR. We were so smitten, we booked an additional stay at their Westport, WA location too.

What is LOGE?

LOGE remodels old motels in small wilderness towns into an outdoor lovers paradise. They offer hotel, hostel, camping, and RV accommodations for the variety of traveler. At the locations we visited, the facilities even included an amphitheater with frequent entertainment, a bar/coffee shop, a communal game room/kitchen, as well as several fire pits and barbecues accessible to all residents. On top of all that, LOGE offers equipment rentals for all your favorite outdoor activities. We found a great sense of community here and it was SUPER AFFORDABLE. They currently have locations in Bend, OR, Westport, WA, Leavenworth, WA, Breckenridge, CO, and Mt. Shasta, CA. Needless to say, all of these locations are on our bucket list.

LOGE Westport, WA

On our way south towards Oregon, we made a pit stop in Westport to spend the night with LOGE. This LOGE location offered a covered camping option with space to park our car right at our site. Our site included an overhang to protect us from the unpredictable Washington elements, a raised platform to pitch a tent, running water, a picnic table, electrical outlets, and some festive string lights. Communal bathrooms with SHOWERS were also a god sent! We took full advantage of the free coffee in the community room in the morning and then were on our way to our next LOGE location.

LOGE Bend, OR

Thanks to LOGE we spent two nights in one of our favorite PNW cities for FREE. And as a BONUS we got to spent 4th of July weekend with our favorite Oregonian, Elizabeth. Our room included two queen-sized beds, two hammocks (cause why not?), vertical bike racks, and a ton of awesome outdoor products to sample for the weekend which were available for purchase. We started out our mornings right with coffee and breakfast at the onsite bar/cafe. This LOGE also rents out road bikes for FREE! We definitely took advantage. On a busy day like the 4th, bikes were the optimal way to get around town. The location of this LOGE couldn’t be better. Downtown Bend is a 15-20 minute bike ride. We also found that the Meadow Day Use Area, with river access, is only about 2 miles down the road. So, of course, a good float down the river was in order.

HUGE thank you to LOGE for a great stay and even greater memories! Seriously, anyone reading this should check out the LOGE website here and book your stay ASAP. We are already counting down the days till our next stay with LOGE. Maybe we will see you there!
